Documents and messages you exchange with our office through our client portal are handled by Verifyle, our secure portal provider, and are encrypted in transit and at rest. That information goes directly to our office and is used only for providing our services to you. It is never sold or shared for marketing. If you email or call us, we use your contact information only to respond and to provide the services you request. As a CPA firm, we treat client information as confidential in accordance with professional standards and applicable law, including IRC §7216 restrictions on the use and disclosure of tax return information.
